Agustín morrone

CO-FOUNDER

Agustin Morrone is a seasoned business leader with a diverse background. As the current Head of Growth at Vintti, he brings a wealth of experience to the role, having previously served as Head of Growth at Abacum. Prior to his foray into business, Agustin served as a firefighter, demonstrating his commitment to helping others. Agustin's business acumen and leadership skills are underscored by his MBA from the University of Navarra.
LUCAS LOPATIN

CO-FOUNDER

Lucas Lopatin is the CEO and co-founder. Previously, Lucas founded and ran several bootstrapped businesses which he led to 8 figure exits, including United Virtualities and Mundo.com. He is on a personal crusade to promote bootstrapping in Latin America. He co-created Bootstrappeados.com and organized 2000+ person events as part of this mission, and he advocates for the cause at @llopatin.
SANTIAGO POLI

CO-FOUNDER

Santiago Poli is a driven entrepreneur, former Accenture employee and Industrial Engineer, currently serving as Head of Operations at Vintti. In addition to his work at Vintti, Santiago is also the founder of several companies. Driven by a passion for startups and a thirst for learning, Santiago is a startup enthusiast particularly interested in bootstrapping and the transformative potential of no-code tools in work and life.

Agustín Morrone, a seasoned professional with a degree in Business and Systems and an MBA to his credit, leads our sales team as Head of Growth. As a father, a passionate trail runner, and former fireman he brings a unique blend of determination and empathy to his role.

Santiago Poli

Driven entrepreneur and Industrial Engineer, serving as the Head of Operations at Vintti. He harbors a passion for startups and believes in the entrepreneurial potential of Latin America.

Lucas Lopatin

Lucas Lopatin is a dynamic individual who is creating anti-unicorns at Indie Build, his Startup Studio. He is the founder of UV, which was acquired by Argano. He co-hosts a podcast called Indie vs Unicornio and is cofounder of a bootstrapper community with over 1000 members.
