Description

A Capital Markets Analyst plays a crucial role in the financial sector, focusing on analyzing and interpreting market data to assist clients and firms in making informed investment decisions. Requirements

Responsabilities

- Analyze and interpret financial data and market trends
- Prepare detailed financial models, including valuation, pricing, and forecasting
- Create comprehensive research reports and presentations for senior management
- Assist in the execution of capital markets transactions, including IPOs, mergers and acquisitions, and debt issuances
- Monitor market news, economic events, and industry developments
- Conduct due diligence on potential investment opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams such as investment banking, research, and sales & trading
- Participate in client meetings and calls to discuss market insights and transaction opportunities
- Update and maintain databases of financial and market information
- Support the preparation of pitch books and marketing materials for client presentations
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, investors, and other market participants
- Assist with the preparation of regulatory filings and compliance documentation
- Monitor and analyze company performance metrics and compare against industry benchmarks
- Perform ad-hoc analysis and special projects as needed by the team
