Description

A Financial Controller is a key figure in managing a company's financial activities, ensuring accuracy and providing strategic financial guidance. This role involves overseeing accounting operations, financial reporting, and budget management, as well as implementing internal controls to safeguard assets. Financial Controllers also develop and maintain financial policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Requirements

Responsabilities

- Oversee and manage accounting operations, including payroll, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
- Monitor and analyze accounting data to prepare accurate financial statements and reports.

Ideal Candidate

- Monitor and analyze accounting data to prepare accurate financial statements and reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Develop and implement internal financial controls and accounting policies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company guidelines.
- Conduct variance analysis and investigate significant differences between actual financial results and budget/forecast expectations.
- Coordinate and manage the budgeting and forecasting process alongside department heads to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
- Provide financial guidance and support to executive management by interpreting financial data and advising on its implications for strategic planning and decision-making.
