A Network Operations Center (NOC) Technician plays a crucial role in ensuring the seamless operation of organizational networks. They are responsible for monitoring network systems, identifying and troubleshooting issues, and responding to alerts and outages to maintain consistent and efficient network performance. NOC Technicians also perform routine maintenance, update software and hardware, and collaborate with other IT personnel to optimize network functionality.
