- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as production, maintenance, and quality to improve equipment reliability.
- Prepare technical reports and documentation on reliability analysis, failure modes, and corrective actions.
- Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for reliability and maintenance activities.
- Perform reliability testing and life data analysis to predict future equipment failures and plan maintenance schedules.
- Utilize reliability engineering methodologies, such as Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA) and Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM).
- Support the design and development of new equipment, ensuring reliability considerations are included in the specifications.
