A Virtual Real Estate Assistant is a remote professional who supports real estate agents, brokers, and firms in managing their daily tasks and operations efficiently. This role encompasses a variety of responsibilities, such as coordinating property listings, managing client communications, performing market research, and scheduling appointments. By leveraging technology, the Virtual Real Estate Assistant helps streamline administrative duties, allowing real estate professionals to focus more on client relationships and closing deals. Requirements

- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree in business or a related field preferred.

- Draft and review real estate documents, including contracts, agreements, and disclosures.
- Assist with transaction coordination by tracking deadlines, obtaining signatures, and ensuring all paperwork is complete.
- Communicate with vendors, inspectors, appraisers, and other service providers to facilitate property transactions.
- Track and manage property listings and status updates.
- Support virtual open houses by coordinating with agents, scheduling times, and managing virtual platforms.
- Create and manage communication templates for client outreach, follow-ups, and marketing campaigns.
- Monitor and respond to social media inquiries and comments.
- Perform data entry for financial data, such as tracking expenses and managing budgets.
- Order and manage office supplies and equipment required for virtual operations.
