- Handle customer inquiries, providing accurate information and directing them to the appropriate departments
- Maintain and update client databases with current information
- Coordinate and dispatch messages to relevant team members efficiently
- Prepare and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required
- Monitor and manage the virtual reception area, ensuring seamless communication and operations
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation
- Organize and facilitate virtual meetings, including sending invitations and setting up video conferencing tools
- Process and manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
