Responsabilities

As a WordPress Developer, you will be primarily responsible for designing and implementing websites from initial concept to completed project based on client requirements. This includes developing custom themes and plugins to meet specific needs, ensuring high performance and availability, as well as managing all technical aspects of the WordPress content management system. You will collaborate closely with clients, designers, and other stakeholders to understand project goals and translate those into effective and compelling website solutions. Part of your responsibilities will be to conduct website performance tests, debug technical issues, and optimize existing web pages for enhanced speed and SEO. Additionally, you will ensure that all websites are secure and fully functional across different devices and browsers.

Your role will also include regularly updating and maintaining websites, including the application of patches and upgrades to the WordPress platform and its associated tools. You will be expected to stay current with the latest industry trends and technologies to integrate new features that improve user experience and functionality. In collaboration with marketing and content teams, you will help to implement best practices for web development, including SEO strategies, to ensure maximum visibility and engagement. Additionally, you will troubleshoot and resolve any front-end and back-end issues that may arise, provide technical support to clients, and document all processes and code thoroughly to maintain a comprehensive record of development activities.
