- Oversee the management of the company’s cash flow and liquidity ensuring sufficient funds are available for operational and investment needs.
- Develop and implement strategies for managing the organization's financial risk, including currency and interest rate risks.
- Monitor and analyze daily financial market conditions to optimize the company's funding and investment activities.
- Manage and optimize the company's banking relationships and negotiate terms of business with banks and financial institutions.
- Oversee the issuance of debt and manage existing debt instruments to ensure compliance and optimal cost-efficiency.
- Implement and maintain the company's treasury policies, procedures, and internal controls.
- Conduct financial analysis and prepare reports regarding the organization’s short and long-term cash forecasting models.
- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Supervise the settlement of financial transactions, including payments, receipts, and foreign exchange transactions.
- Develop and maintain a system of policies and procedures that impose an adequate level of control over treasury activities.
- Evaluate investment opportunities and make recommendations to senior management regarding potential investments.
- Monitor and manage the organization’s investment portfolio to maximize returns while managing risk.
