An Identity and Access Management (IAM) Analyst plays a crucial role in IT security by ensuring that the right individuals have the appropriate access to technology resources. They manage and maintain the IAM infrastructure, monitor user access activities, and implement policies to safeguard sensitive information. The IAM Analyst collaborates with other departments to design, configure, and support secure access systems, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Requirements
