Description

An In-House Counsel plays a pivotal role in providing legal advice and ensuring that a company operates within the law. This position involves offering guidance on a broad range of legal matters, such as compliance, contracts, regulatory issues, and intellectual property. In-house counsels are charged with minimizing legal risks by advising on current and anticipated legislation, while also handling litigation and dispute resolution when necessary. They often work closely with different departments to streamline processes, ensuring that business activities align with legal requirements and company policies.

Requirements

- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active and in good standing with the state bar.

Ideal Candidate
