- Prepare and distribute intake documentation and forms for new clients.
- Review and process online inquiries and referrals.
- Coordinate with attorneys and legal staff to ensure seamless client intake and case assignment.
- Maintain accurate records and logs of all client interactions and case details.
- Follow up with potential clients who have not yet scheduled consultations.
- Assist in preparing marketing materials for client acquisition and retention.
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive experience for all potential clients.
