Description

A Corporate Counsel plays a crucial role in providing legal guidance and support to an organization. This position involves advising on a wide range of legal matters, including corporate governance, regulatory compliance, contract negotiation, and risk management. Requirements

- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Responsabilities

- Provide legal advice and guidance to senior management and other departments.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.

Ideal Candidate
