A Virtual Restaurant Assistant plays a crucial role in enhancing the operational efficiency of a restaurant by providing remote support in various aspects. This role involves managing online reservations, coordinating with kitchen and service staff, handling customer inquiries via phone or chat, and updating digital menus and social media channels.
