Responsabilities

A Customer Service Recruiter is tasked with developing and implementing strategic recruitment plans designed to attract top-tier talent for the company’s customer service department. This involves sourcing candidates through a variety of channels including job boards, social media, employee referrals, and industry events. The recruiter meticulously reviews resumes, conducts initial screening interviews, and evaluates candidates’ qualifications to ensure they meet the job requirements.
