Description

A Customer Service Recruiter is responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to ensure exceptional support teams within an organization. This role involves the entire recruiting lifecycle, from posting job ads and screening candidates to conducting interviews and managing onboarding processes. Customer Service Recruiters work closely with hiring managers to understand the specific needs and skills required for customer service roles, sourcing candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
