Responsabilities

The Director of Employee Engagement is tasked with developing and executing comprehensive strategies that drive employee satisfaction and motivation. This includes designing, implementing, and managing recognition and reward programs that acknowledge employee accomplishments and foster a positive work environment. They are responsible for conducting regular employee feedback surveys and focus groups to gather insights and identify areas for improvement, using this data to inform engagement initiatives and drive measurable improvements in employee morale and productivity. Additionally, the Director collaborates closely with HR and other department heads to ensure that engagement efforts align with broader organizational objectives and cultural values.

In this role, the Director also oversees the planning and execution of corporate events, training sessions, and team-building activities aimed at strengthening team bonds and promoting a supportive company culture.
