Description

The Director of Employee Engagement is responsible for creating and implementing strategies that foster a positive and productive work environment. This role focuses on enhancing employee satisfaction, motivation, and retention by developing programs and initiatives that support a culture of engagement, inclusion, and professional growth. Key responsibilities include overseeing employee feedback processes, designing recognition and reward systems, and ensuring alignment of employee engagement activities with overall business objectives. Requirements
