- Maintain candidate databases and track progress through applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Provide regular updates and insights to clients and hiring managers on recruitment status and market trends
- Develop and deliver compelling presentations to clients and candidates
- Craft and refine job descriptions and specifications based on client requirements
- Conduct reference checks and verify candidate qualifications and experience
- Stay informed about industry trends, talent market conditions, and competitive landscape
- Coordinate and participate in industry events, career fairs, and networking activities
- Provide consultative support and guidance to clients regarding talent acquisition strategies and best practices
- Ensure a positive candidate and client experience throughout the recruitment cycle
- Manage and prioritize multiple searches and projects concurrently with attention to detail and deadlines
