Requirements

- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and the interview panel, ensuring timeliness and clear communication.
- Provide feedback to candidates in a timely and professional manner after interviews and assessments.
- Conduct reference checks by contacting previous employers and verifying employment history and qualifications.
- Maintain strong pipeline of qualified candidates for future job openings and proactively engage with them.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and recruitment best practices.
- Participate in job fairs, networking events, and other recruitment-related activities to promote the employer brand.
