Responsabilities

As an HR Intern, you will be involved in an array of responsibilities that are designed to provide a comprehensive understanding of HR processes and contribute to the overall efficiency of the Human Resources department. You will assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening applications, scheduling interviews, and participating in candidate evaluations. Additionally, you will support the onboarding process by preparing new hire documentation, conducting orientation sessions, and ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed accurately. This role also involves maintaining and updating employee records, ensuring compliance with company policies, and assisting in the administration of employee benefits.

In your capacity as an HR Intern, you will be responsible for addressing employee inquiries and providing support for various HR-related issues. You will help organize and facilitate training sessions, workshops, and employee engagement activities. Furthermore, you will contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, conducting research and compiling data to support HR initiatives. Monitoring and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations will also be part of your duties.
