Responsabilities

As a Logistics Recruiter, your primary responsibilities include identifying and sourcing qualified candidates for various positions within the logistics and supply chain sector. You will utilize a range of methods, such as job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals, to attract suitable talent. An essential part of your role is to screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, and assess candidates' qualifications and experience to ensure they meet the job requirements. Building relationships with potential candidates and maintaining a talent pool for future openings are also critical aspects of this function. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide strategic recruitment solutions that align with the company's goals.

In this role, you are responsible for managing the entire recruitment process from initial contact to the final offer. This includes scheduling and conducting interviews, coordinating with team members for multi-stage interviews, and providing a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey. You will also be in charge of performing background checks, negotiating job offers, and onboarding new hires to ensure a smooth transition into the company. Continually analyzing and improving the recruitment process, staying updated with industry trends, and ensuring compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations are other essential tasks. As a Logistics Recruiter, you will also work on employer branding initiatives to attract top talent and ensure the organization is seen as a desirable place to work.
