Responsabilities

As a Senior HR Business Partner, this individual will collaborate closely with senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's business goals. They will manage workforce planning, ensuring the organization has the right talent to achieve its objectives by conducting talent gap analyses and forecasting future needs. This role also involves designing and overseeing organizational development programs that promote career progression and skill enhancement. The Senior HR Business Partner will play a key role in driving employee engagement initiatives, from annual engagement surveys to targeted action plans that address identified areas of improvement, thereby fostering a productive and motivated workforce.

In addition to these strategic responsibilities, the Senior HR Business Partner will ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations, often acting as the primary point of contact for complex employee relations issues. They will use data analytics to generate insights on various HR metrics, enabling informed decision-making and proactive HR solutions that drive business outcomes. This position also requires regular collaboration with departmental heads to advise on performance management, leadership development, and succession planning. Recommended studies/certifications

A Senior HR Business Partner should ideally have a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, although a master's degree in HR or an MBA is often preferred. Professional certifications such as SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP), Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), or similar credentials are highly recommended to demonstrate expertise and commitment to the field.
