Description

Responsabilities

- Develop and post job advertisements on various recruitment platforms and job boards
- Review and screen incoming resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates
- Conduct initial phone or video interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and alignment with job requirements
- Coordinate and schedule in-depth interviews between candidates and hiring managers or technical teams
- Maintain and update candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Source passive candidates using LinkedIn, professional networks, and other recruitment tools
- Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future job openings
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific job requirements and team needs
- Provide feedback to candidates and hiring managers at various stages of the recruitment process
- Negotiate job offers with selected candidates, including salary, benefits, and start dates
- Conduct reference checks and verify candidates' employment history and credentials
- Attend job fairs, industry conferences, and networking events to promote the company’s brand and attract talent
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with educational institutions and professional associations
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and talent availability
- Prepare and present weekly or monthly recruitment reports to HR leadership and hiring managers
