Requirements

Responsabilities

- Source qualified architecture professionals through job boards, social media, networking events, and other channels
- Screen resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates for architecture roles
- Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural alignment
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain and manage candidate pipelines and records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand and fulfill staffing needs
- Create and post compelling job descriptions and advertisements on multiple platforms
- Negotiate job offers and facilitate the hiring process to ensure a positive candidate experience
- Provide regular updates to the recruitment team and hiring managers on the progress of candidate searches
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential candidates for future hiring needs
- Represent the company at career fairs, industry conferences, and networking events
- Utilize sourcing tools and databases to identify passive candidates proactively
- Conduct thorough reference checks and verify candidates’ employment histories and qualifications
- Work with HR to ensure adherence to all hiring policies and procedures

- Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies to attract high-caliber candidates
