Description

A Government Recruiter is responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring qualified candidates for government positions at various levels, from local to federal. They work closely with government agencies to understand their staffing needs, develop job postings, conduct interviews, and oversee the selection process. Responsabilities

- Prepare and extend job offers, negotiate terms and conditions of employment
- Conduct background checks and verify candidate references

- Collaborate with HR team members to align recruitment strategies with organizational goals
- Track and report key recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of hiring strategies
