- Draft and place job advertisements on media platforms
- Assist in developing job descriptions and interview questions reflecting job requirements
- Ensure compliance with government regulations and policies throughout the recruitment process
- Participate in diversity and inclusion initiatives to attract a diverse range of candidates
- Provide candidates with feedback and updates throughout the hiring process
- Facilitate onboarding processes for new hires, including orientation and training coordination
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and human resources
- Attend and represent the organization at recruitment events and job fairs
- Collaborate with internal departments to forecast staffing needs and address hiring priorities
