- Recruiting for Startups is a hybrid model where Vintti employs the talent temporarily. Once you're ready, you can transition the contract in-house with a flexible buyout. It’s perfect for companies that want to test the waters before fully committing.

Are there any hidden fees?

No hidden costs. All fees are clearly outlined: for Staffing and Startup plans, you pay a flat setup fee and a monthly amount based on the candidate’s salary.

Optional services like healthcare, bonuses, and equipment are available as add-ons, so you only pay for what you need. If you don’t hire, you don’t pay anything — it’s a pay-on-success model.
