Responsabilities

- Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates
- Conduct initial phone or video interviews with potential candidates
- Schedule in-person interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system with candidate information
- Develop and post job descriptions on various job boards and social media platforms
- Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and position requirements
- Attend job fairs, career events, and network with potential candidates
- Build and maintain a pipeline of candidates for current and future openings
- Review and negotiate employment offers with candidates in collaboration with HR
- Provide recommendations and guidance to hiring managers on candidate selections
- Prepare and present recruitment reports and metrics to management
- Coordinate candidate pre-employment screenings and background checks
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws
- Participate in developing recruitment strategies and plans
- Conduct reference checks and verify candidate credentials
- Assist with the onboarding process to ensure a positive candidate experience
- Maintain relationships with placement agencies and external recruiters
