Description

A People Operations Specialist plays a pivotal role in enhancing the overall employee experience by managing and optimizing various human resources functions. This position involves working closely with different departments to streamline HR processes, implement effective onboarding and training programs, and ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations. - Manage employee onboarding processes including orientation sessions and training
- Administer and coordinate employee benefits programs and leave policies
- Serve as the first point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries and issues
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Coordinate and facilitate performance management processes
- Support recruitment efforts by posting job ads, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews
