Description

A Quality Assurance Lead plays a pivotal role in ensuring that products and services meet established standards of quality, reliability, and performance. Requirements

- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the quality assurance team

- Conduct software testing, including functional, performance, regression, and scalability testing
- Identify, document, track, and resolve issues and defects found during testing

- Monitor automated testing processes and maintain test automation frameworks
- Coach and mentor junior QA team members to ensure continuous skill development
