Description

A Risk & Compliance Analyst plays a critical role in safeguarding an organization's integrity by assessing, implementing, and monitoring risk management and compliance programs. This role involves evaluating existing policies, analyzing potential risks, and ensuring that the company adheres to legal and regulatory standards. The analyst works closely with various departments to identify vulnerabilities, design mitigation strategies, and conduct audits to ensure compliance. By proactively managing risks and ensuring regulatory adherence, a Risk & Compliance Analyst helps maintain the organization's reputation and operational stability.

Requirements

- Review and analyze daily compliance reports and risk assessments
- Monitor regulatory updates and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
- Conduct internal audits to evaluate adherence to company policies and procedural standards
- Investigate potential compliance breaches and prepare detailed incident reports
- Assist in developing and updating risk management and compliance policies and procedures
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure risk mitigation strategies are effectively implemented
- Prepare and present risk assessment findings to senior management
- Develop and deliver compliance training sessions and materials for staff
- Respond to compliance-related inquiries and provide subject matter expertise
- Maintain risk and compliance databases and ensure accurate documentation
- Monitor and report on key risk indicators and relevant metrics
- Support external audits and regulatory inspections by providing necessary documentation and information
- Perform due diligence reviews for third-party vendors and partners
- Monitor transaction activities for patterns of unusual or suspicious behavior
- Escalate identified risk and compliance issues to appropriate stakeholders for resolution
