Description

A Senior Recruiter is a key asset within an organization's talent acquisition team, responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top-tier candidates for various positions. This role involves collaborating with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, creating strategic recruitment plans, and utilizing multiple sourcing techniques to build a pipeline of qualified candidates. The Senior Recruiter oversees the entire hiring process, from initial outreach to final offer, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience. Additionally, they mentor junior recruiters, contribute to employer branding initiatives, and stay updated on industry trends to maintain a competitive edge in the job market.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

Responsabilities

- Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, recruiting platforms, social media, and networking events
- Review and screen resumes to identify qualified candidates for specific job openings
- Conduct initial phone screenings to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit for the role
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies in collaboration with hiring managers to meet staffing needs
- Maintain ongoing communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates and feedback
- Conduct reference checks and background verifications for shortlisted candidates
- Negotiate and extend job offers, ensuring employment terms are agreed upon and finalized
- Track recruitment metrics, analyze data, and provide reports to optimize the hiring process
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition
- Participate in job fairs, career events, and networking opportunities to enhance the company's visibility and attract talent
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date records of candidates in the applicant tracking system
- Support diversity and inclusion efforts by implementing fair and unbiased recruitment practices

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate for the Senior Recruiter role will have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, and bring at least five years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition, with a proven track record of successfully filling diverse positions across various departments. - Negotiate job offers and finalize employment terms with selected candidates
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics to continually improve the recruitment process
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition
