- Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and job requirements
- Prepare and post job advertisements on relevant platforms
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information and hiring progress
- Conduct reference checks for shortlisted candidates
- Extend offers and negotiate terms of employment with selected candidates
- Assist with onboarding activities and ensure new hires are effectively integrated into the organization
- Track and report key recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill and source of hire
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future openings
