A Treasury Analyst plays a crucial role in managing an organization's financial activities, focusing on liquidity, investments, and risk management. Requirements

Responsabilities

- Monitor and manage daily cash flow to ensure liquidity.
- Perform daily bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
- Prepare and update cash forecasts based on financial plans and market conditions.
- Conduct analysis of cash positions and propose adjustments as needed.
- Execute and record fund transfers and wire transactions.
- Analyze and report on the organization's financial status and variances to management.
- Assist in the development and implementation of cash management strategies.
- Maintain and update treasury management systems with current data.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and procedures.
- Collaborate with other departments to gather financial information and support their treasury-related needs.
- Liaise with banks and financial institutions to resolve issues and negotiate terms.
- Monitor interest rates, investment performance, and market conditions to identify opportunities and risks.
- Assist in the management of debt and investment portfolios.
- Prepare and present detailed daily, weekly, and monthly treasury reports.
- Support the execution of hedging strategies and currency management.
- Assist with the preparation and submission of regulatory reports.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of treasury policies and procedures.
- Review and analyze account statements for accuracy and compliance.
- Participate in treasury projects and system upgrades to drive efficiency.
- Provide support during financial audits and ensure all documentation is available and accurate.
