Entertainment Recruiter

As an Entertainment Recruiter, you will be responsible for proactively sourcing and identifying high-caliber talent for a variety of entertainment verticals, including film, television, music, and live performances. This involves developing and maintaining a solid network of industry contacts and consistently engaging with prospective candidates through social media, industry events, and personal outreach. By building long-term relationships with clients and understanding their unique project requirements, you will provide tailored talent solutions that align with overarching production goals. Another critical responsibility includes negotiating contracts and managing offer processes, ensuring that both client and talent expectations are met and aligned. You will stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging talent, and market shifts to inform recruitment strategies and advise clients on the best approaches to talent acquisition. Collaborating closely with internal teams, including HR and legal departments, to facilitate smooth onboarding and compliance processes, is also part of the role.
