Responsabilities

As a Marketing Recruiter, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective recruitment strategies to attract top-tier talent for our marketing team. This includes collaborating closely with hiring managers to understand the specific needs and goals of each role, as well as creating compelling job advertisements that resonate with potential candidates. Your expertise in various sourcing methods, such as social media, job boards, and professional networks, will be crucial in identifying and engaging both active and passive candidates. Additionally, you will manage and optimize our applicant tracking system to ensure a streamlined and efficient recruitment process.

In this role, you will also be tasked with conducting thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications and cultural fit. Beyond initial screenings, you will coordinate and facilitate interviews with hiring teams, providing guidance and feedback throughout the hiring process. Your responsibilities extend to negotiating job offers and onboarding new hires, ensuring they have a positive and welcoming start. By maintaining strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders, you will serve as a trusted advisor on all recruitment-related matters, continuously improving our hiring practices to build a robust and dynamic marketing team.
