An Accounting Clerk is a vital member of the financial team, responsible for managing various administrative and clerical tasks to ensure the smooth operation of accounting activities. Responsabilities

- Enter and record financial transactions in accounting software daily
- Reconcile bank statements and ledger accounts regularly
- Prepare and process invoices for customers and vendors
- Assist in preparing financial reports and summaries
- Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable functions
- Verify the accuracy of invoices and other accounting documents
- Maintain and update accounting records and files
- Perform data entry and provide administrative support as needed
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes
- Communicate with vendors and clients to resolve discrepancies
- Prepare and submit tax forms and financial documentation
- Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and regulations
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts
- Conduct periodic audits of petty cash and expense reports
- Process and verify employee expense reports
- Track and reconcile company credit card expenditures
- Support payroll processing by maintaining accurate employee records
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the accounting manager or supervisor
