- Screen resumes and job applications to identify qualified candidates
- Conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate suitability
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates
- Build relationships with industry contacts to gain industry knowledge and referrals
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information and status updates
- Prepare and extend job offers, including salary negotiations
- Conduct background checks and verify candidate credentials and qualifications
- Coordinate and attend job fairs and recruitment events
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and job requirements
- Develop and post job descriptions on various job boards and company career pages
- Provide feedback to candidates throughout the hiring process
- Track and report on recruiting metrics, such as time-to-fill and cost-per-hire
- Stay current on industry trends, market conditions, and labor laws
- Assist with onboarding new hires, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed
