Description

A Manufacturing Recruiter is responsible for identifying, attracting, and securing top talent for manufacturing and production roles within an organization. - Communicate with candidates regarding their application status and next steps
- Conduct reference checks and verify employment history
- Facilitate the offer process, including negotiating terms and preparing offer letters
- Develop and maintain a network of potential candidates for future opportunities
- Participate in job fairs, career events, and other networking activities to attract talent
- Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment activities and progress to management
