- Collaborate with HR to integrate DEI principles into recruitment, hiring, employee development, and retention processes

- Provide guidance and support to employee resource groups (ERGs) and affinity groups
- Assess and address any DEI-related issues or concerns raised by employees
- Engage with external organizations and communities to promote partnerships and outreach efforts
