An Employee Relations Assistant plays a crucial role in supporting the human resources department by fostering positive relationships between employees and the organization. - Coordinate employee recognition programs and events.
- Plan and execute employee engagement surveys.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team on employee relations matters.
- Update HR database with relevant employee relations information.
- Facilitate open communication between employees and management.
- Develop and deliver training sessions related to employee relations.
- Collaborate with the HR team to enhance workplace culture and employee satisfaction.
- Coordinate exit interviews and gather feedback from departing employees.
- Monitor compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Support mediation of disputes and foster a positive work environment.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the HR Manager.
