Description

The Head of Talent Acquisition is responsible for overseeing and leading the strategy and execution of the entire recruitment process within an organization. This role encompasses the development and implementation of innovative sourcing and hiring strategies to attract top-tier talent and build a robust pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
