Description

An HRIS Analyst is responsible for managing and optimizing human resource information systems to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of HR operations. This role involves maintaining accurate employee data, generating insightful HR reports, and ensuring system integrity and data security. By collaborating with both HR and IT departments, an HRIS Analyst helps streamline HR processes, supports strategic decision-making, and provides technical expertise for system upgrades and enhancements. In addition, they facilitate the integration of new technologies and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and policies.

Requirements

- Generate and prepare regular and ad hoc reports for HR and management using HRIS tools.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to HRIS users, solving system issues promptly.
- Manage HRIS configurations, updates, and system enhancements in collaboration with IT and software vendors.
- Develop, document, and implement standard operating procedures for HRIS processes.
- Train HR staff and other stakeholders on the effective use of the HRIS platform, including new features and functions.
- Coordinate and execute mass data uploads and updates for large-scale initiatives, such as compensation reviews or system migrations.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations related to employee information.
- Analyze HR data trends and provide actionable insights for process improvements and strategic planning.
- Manage user access permissions and roles in the HRIS, ensuring appropriate security levels.
- Collaborate with HR and other departments to identify and address system requirements and improvements.
- Participate in HRIS implementation projects, including needs assessment, testing, and deployment.
- Stay current with the latest HRIS technology advancements and industry best practices.
- Support HR initiatives by providing data analysis and system-related expertise.
