Description

An HRIS Analyst is responsible for managing and optimizing human resource information systems to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of HR operations. This role involves maintaining accurate employee data, generating insightful HR reports, and ensuring system integrity and data security. By collaborating with both HR and IT departments, an HRIS Analyst helps streamline HR processes, supports strategic decision-making, and provides technical expertise for system upgrades and enhancements. Requirements

- Analyze HR data trends and provide actionable insights for process improvements and strategic planning.
- Manage user access permissions and roles in the HRIS, ensuring appropriate security levels.
- Collaborate with HR and other departments to identify and address system requirements and improvements.
- Participate in HRIS implementation projects, including needs assessment, testing, and deployment.
- Stay current with the latest HRIS technology advancements and industry best practices.
