Requirements

- Proven track record of successful lean implementations and process improvements
- Proficiency in conducting time and motion studies

- Effective communication and presentation skills
- Experience in facilitating Kaizen events and workshops

Responsabilities

- Develop and implement lean strategies to optimize workflows
- Facilitate Kaizen events and continuous improvement workshops
- Create and maintain process documentation and standard operating procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements
- Utilize lean tools such as 5S, Value Stream Mapping, and Kanban boards
- Collect, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Provide training and support to team members on lean methodologies
- Identify and eliminate bottlenecks and redundancies in processes
- Lead root cause analysis to resolve operational issues
- Monitor the effectiveness of implemented lean initiatives
- Prepare and present reports and presentations to stakeholders
- Develop and maintain a culture of continuous improvement within the organization
- Support the deployment of lean principles across various departments
- Assist in the design and layout of workspaces to improve efficiency
- Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to lean processes
- Benchmark industry best practices and implement improvements
- Participate in project planning and execution to ensure lean objectives are met
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members on lean practices

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate for the Lean Analyst role will hold a bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Management, Operations, or a related field and possess a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, or process optimization roles. They will have a strong understanding and proven track record of successfully implementing lean principles, methodologies, and tools such as 5S, Kanban, and Value Stream Mapping. This detail-oriented professional will excel in conducting time and motion studies, analyzing complex data to create actionable insights, and leading root cause analysis efforts to resolve operational issues. They will possess excellent problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills, as well as the ability to communicate and present effectively to stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be experienced in facilitating Kaizen events, training, and mentoring team members in lean methodologies. They will demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
