Description

A Manufacturing Recruiter is responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring skilled professionals to meet the staffing needs of manufacturing companies. They work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements, develop recruiting strategies, and utilize various sourcing methods to find qualified candidates. Their role includes screening resumes, conducting interviews, and managing the selection process to ensure the right talent is placed in the right positions.
