Description

A Sales Recruiter is responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring talented sales professionals to meet an organization’s sales objectives. This role involves conducting interviews, evaluating candidates' abilities, and matching them with appropriate sales roles within the company. - Develop and maintain relationships with potential candidates to build a talent pipeline for future hiring needs

- Conduct reference checks and background verifications on shortlisted candidates
- Assist in drafting and extending job offers and managing the negotiation process
