Description

A Senior Compensation Analyst is responsible for conducting in-depth analyses of an organization's compensation programs to ensure competitive and equitable salary structures. This role involves evaluating job roles, developing salary benchmarks, and aligning compensation strategies with business objectives. The Senior Compensation Analyst also collaborates with management and HR to design incentive plans, analyze market trends, and ensure compliance with legal standards. By leveraging advanced data analysis and modeling techniques, they provide insights and recommendations that drive effective compensation solutions and enhance employee satisfaction.

Requirements

- Develop and maintain compensation policies, procedures, and practices.
- Prepare and present compensation reports and analytics to management.
- Assist in the design, implementation, and management of compensation programs and structures.
- Provide expert guidance on salary offers, promotions, and adjustments based on compensation analyses.
- Collaborate with HR and management to ensure alignment of compensation strategies with business objectives.
- Monitor and interpret compensation trends and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and competitiveness.
- Conduct periodic audits of compensation practices to ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Manage and update compensation data in HR information systems (HRIS).
- Support annual and mid-year compensation planning and review cycles.
- Address and resolve compensation-related issues and inquiries from employees and managers.
- Participate in compensation surveys and analyze survey data to benchmark company positions.
- Support the design and execution of incentive and bonus plans.
- Work closely with finance and payroll teams to ensure accurate and timely implementation of compensation changes.
