Description

A Senior Quality Assurance Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring that products and services meet established standards of quality, reliability, and performance. They lead and coordinate QA teams, develop and implement testing protocols, and collaborate with cross-functional departments to address and resolve quality issues. This role involves building and refining quality assurance processes, conducting audits, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
