- Maintain the applicant tracking system with current candidate information
- Assist in preparing recruitment materials and job postings for various platforms
- Coordinate and participate in career fairs and recruitment events
- Support hiring managers in creating job descriptions and role requirements
- Communicate professionally and promptly with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Manage and update databases with data like candidate profiles, recruitments, and performance metrics
- Provide timely follow-up to candidates regarding their application status
- Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to understand departmental hiring needs and goals
- Assist in the administration of pre-employment assessments and background checks
- Compile and analyze recruitment metrics and prepare reports for management
- Arrange travel and accommodation for out-of-town candidates, if necessary
- Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations
- Deliver a positive candidate experience by providing accurate and up-to-date information
- Prepare offer letters and coordinate onboarding activities for new hires
- Act as the first point of contact for new hires joining the organization
- Develop and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and job boards
- Assist in improving and innovating the talent acquisition process and strategies
